Beginning


As a little girl, I was often called the B-word—bossy. 

I had big ideas and strong opinions. But like many girls, I got the message early: be sweet, be quiet, be agreeable. My grandmother meant well, but I internalized her advice so deeply, it followed me into adulthood.

I became a people-pleasing pro. I played the supportive role at work, at home, and in friendships—even when it came at my own expense.

I thought if I worked hard enough, stayed agreeable, and gave more than I took, someone would notice and value me. Instead, I was overlooked at work, overextended in friendships, and overwhelmed everywhere else. It was a straight path to burnout.

Let’s Start at the

Beginning

As a little girl, I was often called the B-word—bossy. 

I had big ideas, strong opinions, and the desire to lead. But like many girls, I got the message early: be nice, be quiet, don’t rock the boat. My grandmother meant well when she told me to “be sweet,” but I internalized that advice so deeply, it followed me into adulthood.

I became a woman who worked hard to be liked. Who put everyone else first. Who played the supportive role at work, at home, and in friendships—even when it came at my own expense.

I stayed too long in jobs that didn’t value me.

I said yes when I wanted to say no.

I gave expensive gifts and hours of my time, trying to prove I was worthy.

I shrank myself in rooms where I should have stood tall.

Then My World Changed

My mom passed away unexpectedly in 2021. I was lost. I still don't know why she died.

Losing my mom felt like bone crushing pain I wouldn't wish on anyone. You are never prepared for grief until you experience it. It's surreal to feel you've lost everything but the world moves on. You’re still wide awake—heartbroken, juggling everything, and deeply alone. I literally couldn’t sleep.

Loss has a way of stripping things down to the truth. You see life through a new lens. You question your choices...question everything and your priorities shift. You care less about people-pleasing and more about stepping into who you were meant to become. 

My Why
My Philosophy

I created I Can’t Sleep Solutions as both a literal and metaphorical wake-up call for women. You don’t serve the world by running yourself into the ground. 


Power isn’t something to chase. It’s something to reclaim.

I’m a leadership and life coach. 

I help ambitious women unlearn outdated habits, rebuild their mindset, and create an inner foundation strong enough to sustain the impact they’re here to make.

I use NLP and other science-backed tools to help you break free from burnout and regain control of your time and energy.

What Makes Me Different?

 

I built a 7-figure business from scratch, worked with clients worldwide, and sold it after a decade of hustle. I know the pressure of chasing success—and what it costs.

I’ve juggled corporate deadlines, marriage, and motherhood. I understand the mental load of being everything to everyone—and how easily it leads to burnout.

I’ve felt the weight of ambition and anxiety side by side—and I’ve learned how to shift the patterns that keep women stuck there.

I know what it’s like to lead and still question yourself.

To accomplish big things and still feel behind.
