1. About SORA
SORA is an eight-week, nonclinical sleep coaching program that uses sleep education, behavioral strategies, and principles drawn from sleep science, including CBT-I.
2. Scope of Services
SORA provides educational coaching, not medical care, psychotherapy, or clinical CBT-I.
I Can't Sleep Solutions does not diagnose or treat medical conditions, mental health conditions, or sleep disorders. Participation does not establish a healthcare provider–patient relationship or replace individualized medical advice.
3. Medical Conditions and Sleep Disorders
Sleep difficulties may be associated with conditions such as sleep apnea, restless legs syndrome, chronic pain, medication effects, or mental health concerns.
Participants experiencing symptoms of an underlying condition should seek evaluation from a qualified healthcare professional. Symptoms such as waking up gasping, pauses in breathing, or difficulty staying awake while driving warrant prompt medical attention.
4. Medications and Existing Treatment
SORA does not provide medication management. Participants should consult their prescribing healthcare professional before starting, stopping, or changing medications or prescribed treatments.
5. Individual Results
Sleep improvement varies based on individual circumstances and participation. No specific medical outcome or resolution of a sleep disorder is guaranteed.
Refund eligibility is governed by SORA's separate Better Sleep Guarantee & Refund Policy.
6. Participant Responsibility
Participants are responsible for making informed decisions about their health, seeking appropriate medical care when necessary, and using coaching strategies safely.
If a recommended strategy causes concerning symptoms, significant impairment, or a safety risk, participants should discontinue that strategy and seek appropriate professional guidance.
7. Voluntary Participation
You voluntarily agree to participate in SORA within these stated boundaries.
